Contract manufacturing typically involves small to medium-sized batches where the acquisition and integration of an in-house potting system is not cost-effective. This creates the logistical necessity of removing and reinserting an assembly from and into the production process at a certain stage of production. Because potting is often performed on almost finished assemblies, it makes sense to outsource the final production steps, including final inspection and packaging, to us.

We are also happy to take on complete product projects, from purchasing, assembly, casting, foam application, bonding, etc., to packaging, provided the production steps can be carried out in-house.
