- Ensuring smooth production processes
- Process setup on the production machines
- Preparation of the production tool and monitoring of the manufacturing process
- Supporting developers in process acceptance and the implementation of process improvements
- Maintenance of our machines and tools
- Completed vocational training in plastics technology or equivalent
- Good technical understanding
- Experience in setting up and maintaining production machines and equipment (injection molding or similar), as well as experience with molds or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of control technology, hydraulics and pneumatics desirable
- Confident use of MS Office
- Knowledge of German and English is desirable
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Team orientation and sense of responsibility
